Rockies Ride Chatwood To 5-2 Win Over D'backs, Cubs Next

The Colorado Rockies won their second series against the Arizona Diamondbacks this season, taking the rubber game 5-2 over the Arizona Diamondbacks Sunday at Coors Field.

Tyler Chatwood threw seven superb innings, allowing only a run on two hits. He walked three and struck out five batters. Mark Reynolds homered for the third straight game and Charlie Blackmon also went deep.

The Rockies welcome the Cubs to Coors Field for the first of a three-game series. The Cubs had a really late night Sunday, falling to the Yankees, 5-4, in an 18 inning game at Wrigley Field. The game lasted just over six hours and ended at about 12:15 Monday morning.
