Chad Bettis is on a big-time roll.

The Colorado Rockies right-hander shut out the Mets over seven innings on Saturday night and the Rockies won their second straight game at Citi Field, this one by a 2-0 count.

Bettis allowed only six hits while walking one and stirking out two. In five road starts, Bettis now has an ERA of 1.35.

Nolan Arenado hit a solo home run in the first inning. David Dahl's pinch-hit single brought home an insurance run in the top of the ninth.

In between, Bettis was brilliant. He turned it over to Adam Ottavino, who worked a scoreless eighth before Wade Davis locked down his Major League-leading 13th save with a scoreless ninth.
