Loveland Family Files Lawsuit Over Arrest of 73-Year Old With Dementia

The City of Loveland is investigating the police arrest of a 73-year old woman with dementia. Bobycam footage shows officers wrestling her into handcuffs after she left a Wal-Mart without paying for some items. The woman's family says police broke her arm and caused other injuries, so they've filed an excessive force lawsuit.
