Report: Hickenlooper's Team Urged Him To Step Out Of White House Race

Reports are surfacing about the state of former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper's campaign for President. Politico says senior members of the Democrat's own team have urged him to drop out of the race and look at a possible run for U.S. Senate or other opportunities. Sources also say there have only been about 13-thousand donors to the campaign, which means it would be nearly impossible to qualify for debates in the fall.  Hickenlooper has also had to deal with staff departures.
