Colorado's pension plan for state workers took a big hit on Wall Street last year. The Public Employees Retirement Association announced late last week that it lost one-point-eight-billion-dollars last year. State workers currently paying into retirement fund will see their contributions increased by nearly one-percent this year and two-percent next year.
