Westminster police are asking for the public's help in a possible kidnapping this morning. Police say a female was screaming for help as a man was gassing up a dark-colored SUV on 100th Ave., just west of Wadsworth. A short time later, someone called police reporting what appeared to be the same SUV pulled to the side of the road, with a female trying to get out.
The man is white, and younger, with short dark hair.
