Meat Recalled From Denver Processing Plant

The USDA is recalling about 14-thousand-pounds of beef and pork from a Denver meat processing plant. Federal inspectors learned last week that the meat produced at Denver Processing LLC was prepared after normal operating hours and was shipped without being inspected. It was sent to retailers in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. No one has been reported sick due to the meat but the USDA says there is a risk that could happen if it is eaten. More information on the recall is available on the USDA website under recalls and public health alerts
