Weld County Commissioners Take Up Second Amendment Sanctuary Resolution

Weld County Commissioners will be taking up a resolution today to declare a Second Amendment Sanctuary County. The move is in response to the so-called "red flag" gun bill moving through the state legislature. That measure would allow the seizure of firearms from people if a judge considers them a danger to themselves or others. Other locations in Colorado have made similar moves of declaring sanctuary counties for the Second Amendment.
