McCain Seems To Take Swipe At Trump's Draft Deferments

Senator John McCain appears to take a jab at President Donald Trump for his deferments to avoid the draft during the Vietnam War.  In an interview with C-SPAN 3 about the war, McCain spoke about the way Americans with high incomes could easily avoid fighting, while low income Americans were drafted.  The Arizona Republican didn't mention the President's name, but criticized the ability of high income people to get deferments for bone spur diagnoses.

Trump got a medical deferment after being diagnosed with bone spurs in his foot.  He also received several other deferments while in college.
