Matt Snider is an Aurora Civil Service Commissioner. He sued Aurora over the City Council repealing pit bull ban after voters voted to keep the ban in place. We have the result of the case now. So are pit bulls legal or illegal in Aurora and, more importantly, can we count on the City Council to actually abide by the law? To be clear, most (or maybe all...I'm not sure) of the members of the City Council involved in the decision challenged in the lawsuit are gone and the city attorney who supported them has announced his retirement.
